Terms and conditions of the contract

Please check before joining.

Contract period: Annual contract (12 months, automatic renewal). At each annual renewal, you can choose whether to continue or not.
Cancellation midway: We do not accept cancellations during the contract period. Renewal will be stopped if you notify us at least one month before the expiration of the contract.

FAQ

Q1. I undergo a medical checkup every year. What's the difference?

The key difference is what happens after the checkup. With a one-off health screening, follow-up on items that require observation is often left to you. At Wellness, your personal doctor tracks those items through the following year and, when needed, arranges additional tests or specialist care. The checkup is only the starting point; what you entrust to us is ongoing follow-up management.

Q2. I have a family doctor, can I use them together?

Can be used together. Our role is not to replace the family doctor, but rather to connect the two sides. A single doctor can integrate and view numbers across multiple medical departments and testing institutions, pick up small deviations from the standard line over time, and choose and arrange for a consultation when a consultation is necessary. Test results can be exported and used directly for consultation with your primary care physician.

Q3. Can you provide treatment?

This is not a service where Wellness doctors directly provide treatment. If treatment is required, we will help you select a medical institution according to your symptoms and test data, arrange your consultation, and prepare a referral letter.

Q4. Will my doctor really stay the same?

As a general rule, the same doctor will continue to be in charge. In the case of unavoidable circumstances such as the retirement or long-term leave of the attending physician, the nursing team will report the health condition, past judgments, and lifestyle background to the successor, and the successor will take over the role after a final interview with the previous physician. The handover period is expected to be approximately 3 months.

Q5. Are there any variations in the quality of chat consultations and interviews?

In addition to the doctor in charge, the chat will be handled by nurses and a concierge depending on the content. Consultations that require medical judgment will be referred to the doctor in charge, and the concierge will take care of arranging tests and scheduling. As a general rule, regular interviews are conducted four times a year by the attending physician.

Q6. Are family members also eligible?

Health consultations for parents, spouses, and children are included in the monthly price at no additional cost (please consult during regular appointments or via chat on the app). If your family members will be undergoing testing and interviews, we will provide you with a separate plan for your family.

Q8. Can I make a corporate contract or pay with expenses?

We accept corporate contracts.Whether costs can be treated as expenses (welfare expenses, etc.) depends on the business type and contract type, so please check with your tax advisor.Please contact us regarding issuing an invoice.

Q9. Is there an opportunity to try it out before joining?

During the free consultation (approximately 30 minutes), we will discuss the details of the system, introduce you to the doctor in charge, and discuss costs. You don't have to decide to join on the spot. This is the time for you to make a decision after being satisfied.
